Dialectic completes DoD Research Project
Effort Focused on Enhancing Existing DIME-PMESII Simulation of ISIS
Carson City, Nevada: Dialectic Simulations Consulting, LLC announced it had completed work as a subcontractor on a DoD research project. Building upon previous independent research by Dialectic Founder & President Timothy Clancy, this effort enhanced an existing simulation model on the so-called Islamic State of Syria and Iraq (ISIS). The goal was to create a model to facilitate operational planning for different regions and non-state actors at the campaign theatre level. However, the primary case focused on ISIS in a combined theatre of Syria and Iraq. The simulation met military standards to model diplomatic, information, military, and economic interventions with resulting political, military, economic, social, information and infrastructure outcomes (DIME-PMESII). Mr. Clancy hopes to publish peer-reviewable articles resulting from this and his previous work.
